Through the number of newly created dental facilities in the UK, UKODA have created an online security vault that will ensure all relevant potential patients’ details are secured within an online vault-like system through which only the named clinic, UKODA and Harley Street Protected Oversea Insurance will have access.

NB: Entry to the vault is by exclusive coded data.

• This document can be accessed by any dental clinic in Turkey or the UK and our insurers providers client file.
• It can be printed off and along with any new X Rays or treatment notes can be attached and signed off.
• This is then sent to our data centre where the file is updated and re encrypted and a new password protected PDF is produced where it can be viewed with the codes being passed to the distribution list as advised as above. www.legalpasscode.com
