It was created following extensive research into dental tourism from the UK.

UKODA has put in place a series of accreditation standards to improve and enhance the current protocols supported by the Turkish Department Of Health and Tourism, providing international patients with a greater confidence and reassurance when selecting Turkish Dental providers.

UKODA Listing registration confirms to all tourists seeking comfort and protective dental arrangements do gain the unparalleled conformity in order to relax in both their chosen treatment and indeed within the post treatment aftercare programme.

Upon your application for UKODA membership being accepted our trusted accreditation framework of verification and validation will be overseen and monitored by a select team of UKODA representatives who will visit every Turkish dental facility that applies.

The team will undertake a forensic inspection to collate the required data and information that will then be passed on to the accreditation team of performance directors. Their listing will then be publicly shown as “Applied for Registration” on the UKODA website.

All accredited dental companies will receive a wall plaque and a UKODA logo on may formats for use within their own social media marketing and websites.
This will identify to all potential patients seeking dental treatment that the clinic has been accredited and verified on the internet.

UKODA will, over the first 12 months, commit to creating a number of GDC standard dental surgeries within areas of the UK.
These surgeries will be staffed by UK GDC registered dentists.,The first surgeries to be completed will be in the Birmingham and Manchester areas of the UK

Every Turkish dental company will have full access to these dental surgeries thus providing them with blanket aftercare coverage for any remedial treatments needed by clients.

Every surgery will provide a full pre operative service that will include full dental consultation and 3D X ray service for accredited Turkish dental companies.

This will be a free service to accredited companies although a small commission for successful patient applications could be discussed.
